Before travelling abroad, I received an email from a customer requesting an auspicious wedding date. I currently don’t provide this service anymore. The last time I did it was for my sister’s wedding last year. Her wedding date, gown colour, venue, auspicious timing, marriage registrar, quantity and flavours of the tang yuan were all chosen by me, based on the couple’s Bazi charts—everything except her groom, whom she picked herself. 😁

This young female client had previously consulted me for a Bazi reading. She is meticulous and proactively sent me plenty of information to review. After analyzing the Bazi charts of both her and her fiancé, I replied with the following:

“This marriage will not be easy. Both of you have stubborn tempers, and the process of having and raising children will be very challenging. You must consistently apply the principles of Bazi that you’ve learned throughout your life to overcome obstacles. If your fiancé has also had his Bazi chart analyzed, you should both work on improving your individual destinies to make this marriage easier to maintain.

Marriage is a mix of good and bad karmic ties, requiring mutual effort to resolve challenges. I recommend reciting the High King Sutra 3,000 times and dedicating the merit for a harmonious marriage and unity as a couple. You can either recite together or individually:

If you do not share the same faith, you can also attend pre-marriage counselling to improve your communication, better understand each other’s needs, and learn to adjust and be accommodating.

Lastly, I urge you to deeply understand whether your fiancé has any improper habits.

Please forgive me for being unable to take on this task of selecting a wedding date. If, in the future, you need advice on choosing a home or assessing the Feng Shui of your marital residence, feel free to register!

As I was writing this, I thought of another female client I recently met again. Four years ago, she consulted me in person for a Bazi reading. At the time, she was still single.

She was quite petite, and it bothered her deeply. She asked me if her future husband would be tall because she did not want her children to experience the same height-related insecurities. I assured her that her husband would be tall but warned her that he would have an indecisive and nagging personality. I also told her that if she could not tolerate this trait, divorce would be inevitable.

When I saw her a few days ago, she no longer had the radiance she possessed back in 2020. Despite being newly married for over a year, she did not exude the happiness of a newlywed. Instead, she seemed emotionally unstable, evoking much sympathy.

I have a small ability—when I look into someone’s eyes as they speak, I can see their inner experiences or hidden thoughts. This comes from years of face-reading practice and cultivation of True Buddha Tantric Dharma practices to purify my mind.

When I looked into her eyes, I saw the harm inflicted on her by her husband: verbal abuse, emotional neglect, intimidation, and other forms of hurt. Regardless of who is right or wrong, I believe that mutual respect for each other’s Buddha nature is fundamental in any relationship. Differences in opinions or approaches should never justify the use of violence. If a person cannot speak kindly and calmly, then any claim of love is false.

According to her, her husband is indeed tall, and his indecisive and nagging personality is also spot on. Marriage, for women, is like a second reincarnation. Unfortunately for her, she has fallen from one level of hell to an even deeper one. She had told me back then that she studied and worked abroad to escape her family’s control, but now…

She did not consult me about her partner’s Bazi during their courtship, nor was I involved in selecting their wedding date or home. I had no knowledge of when she started dating or got married.
Thank goodness for that~ 😅

But this man was approved by her parents before they got married.

Having witnessed this, I have resolved to always be truthful when faced with incompatible Bazi charts of engaged couples, even if they resent me for not saying polite platitudes. I know my honesty may not change their karma, but maybe, when challenges arise in the future, they will recall my words and lessen their resentment toward each other. Perhaps they might even see through the illusion of love, develop renunciation, and turn to Buddhism cultivation.

Ultimately, having a tall stature matters less than cultivating a broad mind. Otherwise, a narrow mind is akin to a petty person. When petty people quarrel and retaliate, the cycle of vengeance never ends…

Off to Hong Kong! See you all there! 👋✈️
