Happy Mid-Autumn! I wanted to thank you for your guidance and advise. It has been a 1 year and 1 month since the last consultation. Time flies. I have been diligently wearing the bright colors that suits me and buying the brands that will bring me luck as much as I can.

I have managed to reduce my weight to 58kg, though ideally is 55kg. It has not been easy during this journey as i have to believe that this is good for me and people is telling me not to lose too much weight.

My company has gone through re -org early this year, and I am very fortunate to change my portfolio and my reporting manager. Initially I was skeptical about the change. However it dawned upon me that the new portfolio has helped me have more flexibility to have more weekday mornings to do what I want to do , not sticking to the 9 to 6pm routine.

Honestly the job is much easier to do than before. Somehow 3 months into the new portfolio, i also got pay increment 6%.
